Help Liberia Foundation Community School, located in Buchanan City, opened its doors to students for the 2018/2019 academic year on Monday, September 10, 2018.
On that day, both old and new students, as well as old and new staffers, met at the school to begin the new school year. Everyone was excited to have been part of the new day of school after a two-month vacation.
At this juncture, we would like to give you what we would call “the progressive good news” of the week. When we opened on Monday, 68 students came. On Tuesday, there were 95 students. By Friday, the kids had become 107. The number may further increase by next week.
Our school helps educate children from underprivileged or poor background, and we are glad we are able to help humanity in this way.
We would like to express our profound thanks to all those who are helping us to help these disadvantaged kids.
Happy New School Year! To our kids, especially the new ones, as we journey through another year of academic activities.
